Blue Lotus 50:1 Extract Powder is an all natural mood enhancing extract from the Blue Lotus flower. This is a high quality 50:1 extract with apomorphine, nuciferine and bioflavinoids. The ancient Egyptians consumed Lotus flowers soaked in wine to enjoy the flower's mood enhancing properties. After reading numerous reports stating "do not expect much", I was programmed to not think much, however to my pleasant surprise my programming was countered with a blissful evening of introspection and connection with my wife. I didn't notice much the first couple of times I took this. If I take a large enough dose (3 or 4 pills) I feel a sense of calm, serenity, relaxation. But the one thing I've definitely noticed is the increase in my dream activity. It doesn't matter what time of day I take this, I dream that night. I've been noticing this for every night over the past 2 or 3 weeks since I've been taking it. I didn't notice dreams the first 2 or 3 times, so maybe it just took a while to get to that effect.
