ADD TO AN ORDER:
Adding items to an order that you've already submitted (but hasn't shipped yet) is easy! Just place a new order for the items you want to add, and in the comments tell us that you want to combine the orders and get refunded any extra shipping charges. No problemo! If your original order shows as shipped, but it's before 3:30pm EST, we may still be able to combine your orders if your shipment didn't go out with our first pickup.
Same Day Shipping: We do our absolute best to ship same day on all orders received before 3:30 pm EST, Monday-Friday (except on Postal holidays), and 12 Noon on Saturdays (except UPS which has no pickup on Saturdays). If we could ship Sundays, we would!
We ship out of Asheville, North Carolina to virtually any address in the world. We offer USPS and UPS for shipping. Please note the following shipping times:
*The above shipping times do not include the day it is shipped, Sundays, or Postal holidays. Orders shipped on Saturday may require additional shipping days; e.g. Express Mail orders shipped on Saturday are guaranteed by Wednesday. If your shipment takes longer than the guaranteed shipping times above, please let us know and we will refund your shipping in full. Guaranteed delivery is only for the continental United States.
Our Priority and Express shipping prices are flat rate and assume we are able to fit your order into a flat rate shipping container, which is usually the case. If your order is very large or bulky, we may be unable to fit the entire order into a single flat rate container, and may ship the remaining items separately via the most economical shipping method.

We are closed on the above dates and will not be shipping orders received or outstanding. Orders will be processed and shipped out the next postal service day. If the shipment is destroyed or returned by Customs for any reason, Mood & Mind LLC will not be responsible for the loss or the cost to reship, and any expense or loss resulting from actions from Customs, including tariffs or duty, shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipments that do not arrive successfully will be assumed to be detained or destroyed by Customs, and it will be the discretion of Mood & Mind LLC to replace such orders. It is the full responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the products ordered are legal for import to their country, and Mood & Mind LLC cannot be held responsible for any outcomes resulting from the customer importing goods restricted in their country.
We're always happy to accept returns on unopened, damaged, or defective items. Items must be returned for a refund or replacement, and defective or damaged items will not be replaced or refunded if they are thrown away and not returned for inspection.
