Awesome blend, very relaxing, smoke or tea has a very calming effect. I use it daily as a tea and felt effects in about an hour it lasts for several hours thereafter. increase in dream recollection..gently brings up past, negative or supressed emotions for clearing. I have been using blue lotus since the beginning of 2013. I have used the leafs & stamens for hot tea, the extract in both my iced tea and wine. I prefer the hot tea, it's how you get to enjoy the best of its calming effect.
