I bought the 1lb pack, having calculated that as it is around 350 times sweeter than sugar, that would give me the equivalent of 350 lbs of sugar for my $40.00.. 11 cents per pound equivalent :^) I then got the calculator out and started my calculations, having bought a kids' 5 ml medicine dispenser. My aim was to create a dilution that would give me 1 mls diluted solution equivalent of 1 tsp of sugar. To achieve this I weighed 10 g of this product and added it to 700 ml water. I use the 5 ml dropper and so 1 ml of solution equals 1 teaspooonful of sugar. Being very much the creative home cook using natural ingredients, I find it works excelptionally well in iced tea, cooked fruit, fruit salad and salad dressings. I bought 15 lbs of organic lemons last year, juiced them, added 1 g Vit C per quart, and froze the juice in ice cube trays. I now take a cube from the bag, add 3 ml of stevia and top up with sparkling water.. cheap, delicious, with almost zero carbs!
