I have been having a cup of this tea before bedtime or in late afternoon. The first thing you notice is the nasal passages open right up. I have been catching up on Dreams lost for years. I love this tea. It is my nightly routine.
I steep it in my aroma tea pot for 30 minutes and make a batch to last a couple of nights. You will love it. (Posted on 2/22/2018)

This tea really does work well, and it also is very tasty. I combine it with Serenity Now tea, and sleep very well. Plus it does seem I remember my dreams, when I didn't before, and they are vivid. I would recommend this product. (Posted on 11/14/2015)

This is an excellent product! Pleasing to the eye, wonderful aroma and taste. I drink the tea at night and sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed, I am calm and alert throughout the day. I am a senior at a university, this tea helps so much. With all of the stress in the world, I definitely would recommend trying this tea. (Posted on 3/28/2014)
