I've added this blend to my green tea, just over 7 hours ago. I feel over all very positive, energetic and relaxed. I could still take a nap right now however, or jog around my property with ease. No sweetener was added when the tea was made,taste resembles freshly ground walnuts or maybe pecans with a touch of chocolate or something. I definitely do recommend this product. I also added a really good probiotic and wow- its a power combo. I recommend talking to your doctor, if he or she is knowledgeable about integrative, chinese traditional, or holistic medicine and ask them if they think you are cleared to take it. I didnt notice any actually side effects-Rating
