Lucid Dream is certified organic loose leaf herbal tea infusion based on an ancient formula said to result in vivid and more easily remembered dreams, as well as increased likelihood of 'lucid dreams'. Lucid dreams are special dreams where the dreamer realizes he or she is dreaming and as a result is able to take control of the dream world.

Ingredients: Organic Peppermint leaf, organic Chamomile flower, organic Gotu Kola, organic Mugwort, organic Damiana leaf, organic Rosemary, organic Rose petals and organic Stevia.

Suggested Use: Steep in hot water for 6-8 minutes.

I have been having a cup of this tea before bedtime or in late afternoon. The first thing you notice is the nasal passages open right up. I have been catching up on Dreams lost for years. I love this tea. It is my nightly routine.
I steep it in my aroma tea pot for 30 minutes and make a batch to last a couple of nights. You will love it. (Posted on 2/22/2018)

This tea really does work well, and it also is very tasty. I combine it with Serenity Now tea, and sleep very well. Plus it does seem I remember my dreams, when I didn't before, and they are vivid. I would recommend this product. (Posted on 11/14/2015)

This is an excellent product! Pleasing to the eye, wonderful aroma and taste. I drink the tea at night and sleep peacefully and wake up refreshed, I am calm and alert throughout the day.
