Chamomile (Matricaria recutital) Flower Powder has been used in incense and to flavor drinks. Its history begins in ancient Egypt where the crushed flowers were rubbed on the skin as a cosmetic, while the Norse used it in a shampoo believed to add luster to their braided locks. German Chamomile has long been held to be an excellent calming herb, used to promote a restful and relaxed state of mind, and to facilitate drowsiness.

Calming | Relaxing | All Natural

Suggested Use: 1/2 teaspoon in any Mood & Mind herbal loose leaf tea. Can be steeped with tea and strained.
