I've tried a few times. Quite a few. I tried different amounts using different methods (tea, mixed in yogurts, mixed in smoothies, on an empty stomach). The first time I used it, I felt happy, relaxed and great. Like I'd had a good night's sleep. After that first time, the enerjoy had no effect whatsoever. I gave it a week or so to completely leave my system and tried again, but no matter what i tried, I was never able to get those same effects. I will not be purchasing this product again. I've taken 2 teaspoons for a few days after lunch during work and noticed a small boost in energy but most importantly a clear state of mind. I haven't finished the product out yet but so far I have been pleased with the results. (Posted on 3/15/2014)

This is an item I am going to order. I got my sample in one of the shipments- this vendor is always putting little samples of stuff they think I might like to try- and I loved that little caffiene type rush, only it didn't have that harsh edge to it that caffiene can have and the comedown was much smoother. I'd recommend this to anyone who uses energy drinks & products. This is one of the best vendors I've ever ordered from and now my ONLY vendor. I recommend you try all their products! I ordered a sample of this and didn't notice anything, but received a free sample again during a subsequent order and definitely noticed a difference in my energy level. My son loved it because I had no problem going to the park and playing basketball with him for 3 hours. (Posted on 1/3/2014)

I mix about 1-2 tsp in either applesauce or my yogurt every morning. I deal with a lot of customer service issues, and this product really helps me keep a even keel throughout the day, along with the sustained energy to keep going. It doesn't wig you out it just balances you during the day. Would recommend this. (Posted on 11/6/2013)

Wow, I used the full amount recommended and I was singing all day! With experimenting I now use about 3/4 the usual, and I feel uplifted and just plain good all day! I don't use it every day, but when I feel like I need a little lift. (Posted on 8/27/2013)

It seems to have an affect. I was a little scared of it after reading such mix reviews online about Mucuna Prureins so the most I've taken at a time is a little less than a teaspoon in my smoothies or coffee. It might be worthwhile for a try if it looks like something that might of interest to you. I will use it at least until my batch is finished. (Posted on 6/11/2013)
