Our proprietary All Better A.M. Blend is a combination of herbs designed to promote a healthy response to minor aches & pains, agitation, and restlessnes. Our A.M. and P.M. variations are identical except that the A.M. blend has Kola Nut for an energy boost, while the P.M. blend has Ashwagandha for relaxation.

Ingredients: Kola Nut Powder, Chuchuhuasi 4:1 Extract, Astragalus 5:1 Extract, Graviola Leaf Powder, Red Chinese Ginseng Powder, Gotu Kola Leaf Powder

Suggested Use: 1-2 teaspoons as a tea, sweetened to taste with Stevia or other sweetener, up to three times daily as needed.

I received this as a sample when I ordered akuamma capsules and I tried it on an empty stomach in the morning. It made me feel nauseous at first but I ate some cereal with soy milk to settle my stomach. I felt better within minutes. It's been about an hour since I took the 2.5 gram sample and I feel a noticeable mood lift and calm alertness. I feel like I could easily get absorbed into any task I set my mind to right now, and I'm definitely interested in trying the PM blend too. I do recommend this. (Posted on 9/22/2016)
