Good sleep aid

5* will order again, especially at this price! I mean, what do you have to lose for 6 bucks? It's cheaper than sleeping pills (esp. prescription ones), doesn't develop a tolerance or dependence, and works just as well if not better (in my experience).

Also note that you can definitely get more than 20-28 potent cups of tea out of this.
