Peppermint: Tastes great and freshens breath, but a clinical study has also demonstrates that: "Peppermint has been shown to reduce careless errors and to improve performance during clerical tasks such as typing and alphabetization." (1)

Rosemary: has recently been shown to be a neural protector, meaning it helps to keep your brain cells healthy. It has also been shown to improve mental performance. In one study, “rosemary produced a significant enhancement of performance for overall quality of memory and secondary memory factors”. (2)

Vinpocetine: Vinpocetine is a cognitive enhancer shown to improve performance on short-term memory tests and to increase memory functioning in simple word recall tests (3). Vinpocetine works by preferentially increasing blood flow to the brain.

Bacopa: Bacopa has been shown to improve speed of information processing, verbal learning rate and memory consolidation in healthy people. Additionally, Bacopa may improve higher-order cognitive processes dependent on learning and memory.(4)
